GETTYSBURG, Pa. (April 14, 2025) – “Double-D” Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing logged some serious miles during their recent stretch of competition, not only escaping some Pennsylvania weather by joining the World of Outlaws at I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway Park in Pevely, Missouri, but ultimately returning home to compete at BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania, on Sunday, April 13. The miles proved their weight in fuel, eventually capping the three-race stretch with a victory –  Dietrich’s third of the season and his second at BAPS Motor Speedway, earning $5,000 in the process.

Dietrich started third on the Sunday grid, climbing his way to second by lap six before taking command over Jeff Halligan on lap 14.

As noted, Dietrich’s weekend commenced with a road trip to Pevely, Missouri, joining the Greatest Show On Dirt on Friday and Saturday, April 11-12. Despite leaving prior to Saturday’s A-Main to assure his return to BAPS on Sunday, Dietrich’s appearance on Friday was impressive, starting the World of Outlaws A-Main from the outside-pole position before concluding his efforts in the 13th-position. In addition, Dietrich was a heat race winner, solidifying his place in the evening’s dash.

“Just a wild weekend…a lot of miles and a lot of laps. The decision to go to Missouri worked in our favor for the most part, despite having to leave early on Saturday. We just couldn’t chance it with our commitments to be at BAPS on Sunday,” Dietrich, ace of Gary Kauffman’s Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Speedway Volkswagen & Subaru, Self Made Racing, York Excavating, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, No. 48 sprint car, said. “I can’t say enough about this team. They’re the ones that got me there and back and they’re the ones who put us in position to win on Sunday. Ready to get back to Williams Grove and Lincoln this weekend.”

Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will continue their 2025 campaign with visits to Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway on Friday and Saturday, April 18-19.

Finished third at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, March 15. Earned back-to-back top-fives in starts at Port Royal Speedway (4th) and BAPS Motor Speedway (1st) on Friday and Saturday, March 29-30. Earned victory at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, April 13.
