GETTYSBURG, Pa. (May 12, 2025) – Two World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series starts resulted in back-to-back top-ten appearances for Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing, launching the Greatest Show On Dirt’s invasion of Pennsylvania Posse Country with a tenth-place finish at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown on Wednesday, May 7. It was a successful evening on the whole for “Double-D,” recording the fourth-fastest time in his respective group before racing on to win his respective heat race.

Adding to the week’s stat card, Dietrich, driver of Gary Kauffman’s Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Speedway Volkswagen & Subaru, Self Made Racing, York Excavating, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, RV 4 Wheel Drive & Performance, No. 48 sprint car, went on to finish third in Williams Grove Speedway’s coveted Morgan Cup on Saturday, May 10, commencing action from sixth after finishing second in his respective heat race. Dietrich secured the final podium spot with less than two to go, getting by Donny Schatz with a slingshot move at the entrance of turn three.

“Another great weekend for this race team. It’s been tough to find any momentum with the weather constantly throwing us curveballs, but we always seem to prevail…I’m proud of everyone,” Dietrich said. “Not sure of our final plan for the weekend just yet. We’ll be at Selinsgrove on Friday and BAPS on Sunday, but Saturday is still undetermined. We may make the trip to Utica-Rome with High Limit, but nothing’s for certain. We’ll make a decision this week.”

ON DECK:
Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will continue their 2025 campaign with three starts in three days. Although Saturday’s destination is still TBD (Utica-Rome Speedway with High Limit or Port Royal Speedway), Dietrich plans to be at Selinsgrove Speedway on Friday, May 16, and BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 18.

Finished third at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, March 15. Earned back-to-back top-fives in starts at Port Royal Speedway (4th) and BAPS Motor Speedway (1st) on Friday and Saturday, March 29-30. Earned victory at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, April 13. Earned three consecutive top-fives in starts at Williams Grove (Double Features) and Lincoln Speedway on April 18-19; fifth, third and second. Finished ninth in Port Royal Speedway’s Keith Kauffman Classic on Saturday, April 26. Finished third at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, April 27. Finished third during Williams Grove Speedway’s Moran Cup featuring the World of Outlaws on Saturday, May 10.
