Dietrich sets aim on $10,000 at Lincoln Speedway

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 27, 2020) – Despite an overall weekend outcome that ended shy of personal expectation, highlighting three consecutive World of Outlaws starts with a pair of 16th-place finishes during Summer Nationals action at Williams Grove Speedway, ‘Double-D’ Danny Dietrich has 10,000 reasons to put recent results behind him, as Lincoln Speedway’s Drydene 40 will highlight the coming week awarding at $10,000 top prize on Wednesday, July 29.

Certainly no stranger to success in Pennsylvania Posse Country, especially at the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway, Danny Dierich will chase his third Lincoln win of the season during midweek showstopper, already earning big paydays during the annual Icebreak and Kevin Gobrecht Memorial, respectively. The nearby Gettysburg-native is a four-time feature winner in 2020, most recently earning the Jan Opperman Memorial victory at Selinsgrove Speedway on June 28.

“It wasn’t the weekend we wanted, but it wasn’t from a lack of trying. We give 110% everytime we are on the track. Nobody can take that away from us,” Danny Dietrich said, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing/Weikert’s Livestock/Sandoe’s Fruit Market/Pace Performance/Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts/Drop Of Ink Tattoo/Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC/Self Made/No. 48 sprint car. “All we can do now is look ahead and set aim on Wednesday night. We’re pretty privileged to have the opportunity to race for $10,000 that close to home.”

Other upcoming plans for Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing includes visits to Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway on Friday and Saturday, July 31 and August 1, respectively. The highly sought-after Living Legends Dream Race, set to take over the Port Royal ‘Speed Palace’ on Saturday, will award a $10,000 top prize.
